​​Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.  However, if on any given day we have availability or cancellations we are happy to accept bookings at short notice.

What should I wear?

We recommend to wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes. Wear extra layers, a sensible coat/jacket, beanie hat and gloves. Don't forget your sun glasses. It's much cooler on the water than you may think. On fine sunny days consider applying sun cream in advance.  We have sailing jackets & trousers as well as hats & gloves at our base should you require them.

What should I bring?

Bring yourself, your friends and family.  A sense of fun, adventure and curiosity as well as an open mind.

Bring your booking confirmation, camera and sunglasses but keep all other personal belongings to the minimum as space onboard our boat is limited.

Do tours operate in all weather conditions?

Tours will be cancelled if sea conditions are deemed unsafe and during periods of heavy rain.  In such situations we will try our upmost to give as much advance notice as possible and offer to reschedule your trip or give a full refund. If the weather is good but sea conditions too rough to complete a two hour trip we will replace with a 1 hour alternative and give a 50% refund.

Will I get wet?

We endeavour to keep all passengers as dry as possible but depending on conditions we may encounter sea spray and showers during some tours. On these days we'll provide suitable wet weather gear for all passengers.

Will I see wildlife?

Although a vast variety of marine sea life and coastal birds are seen regularly in these waters wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
