Welcome to Kinsale
Located at the start of the Wild Atlantic Way, Kinsale is a coastal town & community famous for its colourful streetscapes and rich history, fuelled by great people, amazing restaurants, chic boutiques & wonderful festivals. Kinsale is a vibrant town with an energetic personality that will keep you entertained all year round! The perfect location to spend at least a couple of nights to begin your Irish adventure..............

Many of the 18th-century buildings are still intact, giving the town its old-time charm. You’ll want to have a wander around the colourful houses, pubs and narrow lanes.
The picturesque harbour of Kinsale used to be an important naval port for over 500 years. It served to import wine and other products from mainland Europe, as they would arrive into Ireland through Kinsale
Two 17th-century fortresses overlook the River Bandon: the vast, star-shaped Charles Fort to the southeast, and the smaller James Fort on the river's opposite bank. The 16th-century courthouse building houses the Kinsale Regional Museum, with a variety of displays on local history and information about the 1915 sinking of the RMS Lusitania.
We are located at No 4 Pier Road, beside Kinsale Yacht Club. Our colourful office and shop overlooks Kinsale Harbour, a gateway to the wild Atlantic coastline of West Cork.
This is were we meet and greet visitors before our tours and kit you out in appropriate sailing gear before your adventure begins.
